The Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) applies to employers, employees, self-employed individuals, and duty holders, encompassing all work involving asbestos-containing materials. According to Regulation 10 of CAR, every employer must ensure that employees who are likely to be exposed to asbestos receive adequate information, instruction, and training. They will have the chance to review all answers at the end of each module before final submission and will be granted three attempts to achieve the necessary result.
